Canon Malaysia System Upgrade from 30 June to 4 July 2017

Announcement from Canon Malaysia.

Dear Valued Customers and Business Associates,

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will be upgrading its enterprise system to better serve our customers and business partners.

The upgrading period will begin from Thursday 29th June, 5pm to Tuesday, 4th July, 11am.

During this period, Canon Customer Care Centres in our Head Office (UOA Business Park), Low Yat Plaza and Nationwide Branches will be closed. A list of alternative Collection Centres and Authorized Service Providers is available at www.canon.com.my

However, our on-site operations and field service will continue as normal. We seek your understanding should there be any delay in our service dispatch due to system migration.
