For those who can't get enough on how to get started in the business, check out Nichol's take (http://www.nationalgeographic.com/adventure/0410/excerpt2.html) on it.

Cheers.

Oh, and for those that are interested, on Nat Geo channel today at 8pm, there'll be a feature on Tomasz Tomaszewski. Not too sure if its the old one.

Also, there is a feature on the MegaTransect from circa 2000-2001 on Wednesday morning as well. Check it out. Not very much on the photography per se, but then again, photography should always be the vehicle towards something greater, no? :P

I wish they'd bring back The Photographers . . . an updated version that is.

Cheers.

... u even have expressed permission from me to quote/relate yer experience on being a slave for two days starting tomorow.

trust me, it makes good bedtime stories fer yer grand kids.

imagine, it goes like this..

'When I was a wee lad about, right about your age, I was a slave to an Afro dewd, part time pro photog, profezzigles calla photo taker who starts yo **** n finish yo **** people pimp (we go Gizoogle him in the morning, boy), it get me a NatGeo assignment waaaaaay later in life, thats how I met your grandmutha....'

His story reminds me of how I started off as well. :)
I was so committed into photography and making pictures, nothing else mattered... when you're 21, you can do that. My life was just about shooting and photography. And taking that jump into this deep hole... :)
