Attention everyone. Can anyone show me howe to upgrade the E 300 firmware. I tried hundred times, still fail. it always show failed to connect to server.

what internet line you using? hope not dial up, I do facing this problem before, try to update later on non peak time

best recommended if you have a broadband connection. Make sure that the connection is stable. If you experience disruptions during downloading (network failure) the firmware into the camera, this could be very dangerous. Your camera's current firmware might get messed up, thus resulting in an unusable camera.

why not download into computer then upgrade from there... safer... never thought of upgrading firmware through network, very risky move..

I don't think you can download the firmware to do update via the PC - can you ?
