There some motion blur. Shooting long exposure of sea vessels are a big no no. The longer you expose, the more motion blur you will get because they aren't exactly idle or still. The tide rocks them slightly though not visible to the naked eye, under long exposure it can be quite visible. I'd bump up the ISO slightly to get a higher shutter speed. Personally I'll rather have a little bit of noise than a blurred out photo but then again that's just me
