          Generally, very colourful!

          Can be improved:
          1. Take when the people in the background are off the frame. They are distracting.
          2. I know it is difficult but background is generally too sharp which doesn't help the viewer to zoom in on the main subject.

          I am not a fan of direct face shoot.

                          IMHO, a warming gel on the flash will make the light on the talent less 'flashy'. Nevertheless, kudos for the werk lah Doc!
