how come when u flip, ur signature remains on the same side?

The second photo is the actual one right? The first image can see the word "Malaysia" on umbrella terbalik maybe you flip the photo and why the second photo so dark?

I prefer the tones of the first one rather than the second one. It is a little too much vignetting me thinks.
