CY Leow "The Decisive Moment"

It gives me great pleasure to introduce Mr. CY Leow to the members of Photomalaysia.

I met CY many years ago when I was a photojournalist for a news agency and at that time he was the photo editor for the STAR.
I would say he created the bench mark for all photojournalist to strive for in Malaysia, his intuitiveness for capturing the decisive moment is amazing.
He now resides in New Zealand where he is still hard at work in the photography field.

I will be posting from time to time some of his images he took while at the STAR.

As a young photojournalist for the STAR based in KL, CY covered an air show in Butterworth Penang. For those who don't remember Butterworth was home of the Australian Air Force during the 70's.
