Any1 know how to lower bass sound in a recorded video files?

Apply an equalizer filter, and lower the output from 500Hz down. Try 200Hz for starters...that's where the 'booming' usually starts.

Before that, you may want to take the grille off your loudspeakers and tighten the screws of the bass unit first to ensure the 'enhanced' bass is not due to loose screws causing vibrations between the bass unit and the wood.
