they want to work together and turn into freelancer...

i wonder how much could they charge with this kind of quality?

There are people who are willing to go to as low as rm50 per day and there are those who won't work for less than rm5000. It just depends on the photographer.

i hope to able to understand more of the average $ which could be achieved if the studio have such quality...

charge padini/vincci for only RM500 per day?
around..?for such commercial job...

Those photographer don't even wanna waste time in forum. There are a lot top notch photographers in the country, you can google, Steve Koh, Aliaskhal, Ah Fai and few more who works with commercial studio. This people don't do classes, comments people works, TT all sorts.

The sad story is a lot of local photog take up low pay for magazine shoot just to get their work for portfolio.Yippie yaya did a lot of pro bono shoot in order to bring up their studio reputation.Same goes for model appearing on the front cover of local mag.Unless you are someone with fame and reputation.

Aliaskhal,fai,melvin lee,etc...are people that has strong affiliation in advertising world.They are the studio trained type that shoot big advertising campaign.Beside they are high class photog,these people also has solid sales pitch.

Vincci and padini paid more than 500 la because it's a series and some goes to billboard as equipment rental and model cost also can not cover.According to a studio producer la!

Reasonable fees for established photogs is around 5k for one day shoot.And also depending what to shoot.Straight forward studio set-up or outdoor location that needs travelling or certain special requirements.
