HI guys...

Do c&c my pic... im new to this group... n amateur in this field... Im using a Nikon Coolpix100 compact cam. Would like to share some of my snaps...

I like the 2nd photo the most, with the dew at the end of the leaf. Nice sparkle on the dew itself.

The 1st photo would have been nice if the house wasn't behind it. Adds too much clutter and distracts from the flowers.

The 2nd one with the dragonfly has some leaves in the foreground that's disturbing the subject. Still an interesting shot though.

The last one: there's too much dark matter at the bottom. A bit of cropping and it'll look better.

Good effort. Keep it up. Practise makes perfect

Marching ants - blown highlight in the background is distracting. The photo is soft, you'll need faster shutter speed to catch the action.

Keep shooting to improve. Take those great photos in this forum as your guide. And when you're good, you might want to consider a prime or a macro lens. Good luck!
