    anyone going for this event?

    The Axiata Cup is the ASEAN Men’s Team Championship. The event field will include teams from the following nations: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines with Malaysia and Indonesia fielding two teams each. The championship will be sanctioned by the Badminton Asian Confederation (BAC) and the Badminton World Federation (BWF), and organized by Total Sports Asia (TSA).

    did anyone watch the semi finals...such a disappointing result lol...now confirm the USD 600k belongs to the indonesian lol...sigh sigh

    Ei…how come Japan, China or Korea are not participating in this richest championship??

    I'm sure you guys are not badminton fan la..haha.. anyway, the winning team will get 600K USD, while 2nd place will be getting 200K USD la..now that INDONESIA beat Malaysia in semi-final, so they took home 600K USD already..feel so saddd.. Hmm, this was the news I got it from The Star. You guys can check it out..
    too bad. Dato Lee Zhong Wei cant join this game due to some injuries.. otherwise, we could have win la..

    Well it's a good exposure for the younger players like Misbun Ramdan & Daren Liew..that's the main purpose of this Axiata champsionship right…to create a regional platform for the badminton growth at Asean region lol
