I got an offer price for body (xpro 1) + 35mm lens for RM6890 is it worth of buying .... how much u guys got .... I afraid i buy too much. what is the best range in case i over buy expensive. thanks for advice if anyone can help me that
I got mine with 35mm and 60mm lenses. The 35mm is my favorite. The 60mm image quality is impressive but it is a slower and slow focusing lens in low contrast or low light. I want the 18mm range lens but was not impressed with this one from Fuji. It is ok but nit great. I will wait for future lens especially the 35mm equivalent lens. I bought these together with my 5D mkiii and I played more with this than the Canon!
I'm looking to get a unit too, but not sure how it is like to use M lenses manually with the unit. Any feedbacks or experience to share with us Uncle Noordin?
thanks for the share and info =)
There are a few brands of adapters for X-Pro1 already. But a lot of people are speculating that the yet to be released Fuji adapter would have "contacts" for the camera to communicate with the lens.
As posted in the Oly OM-D thread, I've been looking for a small travel camera with a good focal length range of between 18mm (if possible) or 24mm-90mm range.
I would love the Fuji X Pro-1 as I'm still using the S5Pro which I think has the best color rendition of all my other digital cameras. However the X Pro-1's widest lens is only 27mm (18 x 1.5).
From my pics taken on my travels, I noticed that I use my 14-24mm & 24-70mm Nikkors the most, so obviously I must be preferring wide angle lenses.
Does anyone know if Fuji will be coming out with an ultra wide lens or if there is any other APS-C or 4/3 camera system that has the widest lenses...minimum 24mm, even better if 18mm BUT not on adaptors. I've used a Vogtlander adaptor on NEX with Leica/CZ lenses and find that the images are way too soft, no bite at all...
