Exploring different photography genre with my new compact. Too little human element in these shots and I do not think I really can category as street shots.
Those have been to Shanghai should know The Bund. Here are shots taken from The Bund side streets.

If you get out of the main business district, you can still find some good locations to shoot.

Your event shots are pretty good.
These are jpeg shots direct from the camera. I am still exploring this little camera and need to understand more the processor IQ.
