Excellent DR.
Excellent ISO performance. Very clean up to ISO 1600. Useable up to ISO 3200 or 6400 if no pixel peeping
Very fast AF
Good colour reproduction.
Up to 5 function buttons that can be customized if you include the 1 one the lens and the 2 on the battery grip.
I like the LCD screen better than the one on the EP3 as the EP3 always look too warm on the screen.
Love the key line ART filter
Weatherproof....good for being splashed at the water festival or by the kids playing at the pool.
Love the 2 dials on the top.

Cons....

Still looking for major issues but
Generally buttons soft ( but it's part of the weatherproofing). Feels dampened.
If the camera auto switches off, you will need to on and off the camera again, pressing buttons does not bring it out from sleep mode.
Don't like the on off button.
To accommodate the big screen, buttons very cramped together.

Pictureswith the 12-50 mm are sharp but if you use lenses like the 12mm or the 45mm or the Pana Leica 25mm, pictures are even sharper!
