Here's another shot.
I love this lens. It's wide enough to fit the scene easily. Love it's color too.
Below is a recent shot I helped a friend to take his product. FYI. Taken at F13 at near 1 second shutter speed...something I realize it's the typical range I would use for such DOF. No tripod...tak boleh.
Here's another shot.
dont mind if i comment a little? i think the colour needs to be warmer.
Thanks for the input. I got to agree with you after relooking it again.
The photo was taken in a shop with only flouranscent light and minimum natural light...the possible reason of cool biased tone.
Nice shots! For most of food photography, a tilt-shift lens is required. Hopefully,Pentax or Samyang will come out with something soon.
2nd setup is better.
you can try off camera flash with bounce card, via wireless triggered.
Hi William, my 0.02 sen is that the edge after the table seems very empty. perhaps it would look better if the shot was framed with the table cloth all the way to the end? I'm no expert, just the first thing that came to my mind.
P.S. off-topic sikit, how do you make photos with the frame "William Tay Photography"? Any easy way using Lightroom?
Hi Nextimelah and team,
Thanks for the feedback. I will work on the inputs when the next opportunity comes.
As for inserting a border to your photo, you can try BorderMaker. It's free and can be downloaded from the web. Very good tool, simple to use yet powerful and flexible. It was introduced to my by our Guru Tommy Lim.
Personally, I prefer Arial since it gives a cleaner look.
BorderMaker even allows you to insert graphic to your border. I even created my own Chinese seal...you know, the red color square seal with our chinese name inside that people put in chinese drawings. You can create your own here http://www.chinese-tools.com/tools/seal.html
thanks william for the tip. too bad, banana here so can't do much with a chinese seal!
Im using this on my k-r but it seems like the final result needs more sharper image
Just my 2cent
