just did my upgrade, testing it, the feature i like most is the iso auto function which sets from 400 to 6400...

I tried to update on computer with my EOS utility software. Failed miserably.



So, back to basics: Copy the FIR file from the downloaded ZIP folder onto my CF card, update manually on-camera. And walla! it worked!

Since 7D is not going to be repalce so soon... Just wanna ask a question, still worth to get a 7D? My fren interested to get the high end APS-C, seem only 7D is the choice for time being...

personally, i would say it a good camera with the setting of 7D and 17 - 40mm f4 L is impressive

just update the firmware and test it out
