as i'm selling off quite a bit of gear this past month, it's interesting how while some people are asking for picturelah, asking for discountlah, asking for more details lah..
and then some decisive buyers gave me a call, set appointments to view the items, we met up, they tested the items to their heart's content and COD + we completed the transaction.
to all of you selling your equipment or have sold your equipment, can you relate to me when i say "some people are more talk, less action. and some people are less talk, and more decisive action." i have no problem with the former, however, i can guess how far in photography the latter group will go. agreed?
ps - sometimes i still get late night calls and sms, asking for advice about gear.. sometimes even totally unrelated to the gear that i'm selling. eg when i was selling off my Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8 lens, some joker called me at 2am and ask me "your Nikon is better or the Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 is better ah?"
"eerrr.. excuse me Sir. it's 2am. can you please call me tomorrow morning... please..."
