As we were at the coffee factory, i can see few pair of shoes being put on top of the roaster. I guess the heat of the roaster will help in drying up the shoes! Yucks...

That's how they get the unique flavour in their coffee. Its called kopi kasut.
In Indonesia their kopi luak is made from undigested beans recovered from the sh*t of an animal that eats coffee beans.
