Buy/Sell is for active members only, those who post their photos and get involved with the discussions and meaningful comments. This has been posted many times before warning those who register here and chase up their posts to 50 so that they can sell their stuffs in Buy/Sell.
It is not a member's right to use the Buy/Sell but a privilege and it is up to Admin to allow or disallow members to access and use Buy/Sell.
