No. You will damage your F3. All Nikon lenses with the "Nikkor Auto" words are all non-AI and unless it has been AI converted, you will damage the aperture prong which is around the mount (a rotating ring around the mount with a small protruding tab). You can only mount this on older film cameras such as the FT series or simpler DSLRs such as the D90 and below which does not have that AI coupling prong.

Actually on the F3 (and F4), you can move the body's aperture tab up when you use non-AI lenses which will prevent damage to the tab.

By the way, this old slow lens is incredibly sharp & contrasty, not to mention compact. All solid metal too.

Sorry. There's a typo error there I mean where can I do the convertion for the lens so that I can use it on my F3/T and no need to care about the metering

If you have the correct factory part (AI aperture ring), you can do the conversion yourself. U can search the suitable part on eBay.

If not, then a modification is necessary, where the old aperture ring is cut & filed down. I only know one guy who can do this in Malaysia.
