This is the second time I've shot this fella and at the same spot too but don't know his ID. Anybody can help? Is it a Green Hanging Parrot?

My book say is Juvenile Blue-Crowned Hanging Parrot. No red mark on throat and dusky bill. Great shot. Thanks for showing.
