Dont know laar. I never checked that out. Maybe you can try opening it in a Mac simulator in your Mac.
As I'm editing the images on my new Spyder Caliberated Samsung LCD twinned with my old Viewsonic CRT, I'm quite concerned with colour integrity and would be grateful for any feedback on the colours that you see on your monitors.

On both my imac and macbook pro, the colours and contrast seem neutral and close to real life. You may pick one or two images and give them a bolder touch, just for comparison.
By the way kudos to your spirit.
i really admire your photo and ur adventurous life.. do you join PAT?... or is that trip is part of PAT?... (seldom missedout the show on TV) it was a dream for me... especially when involve whole life saving like that to span... hat off to u...

I used to be a PAT team member and in fact went to to the Sahara Desert with them, and also the old Silk Road from Istanbul to KL. Haven't gone with them for a number of years now. The recent trips are all self sponsored and are partly subsidised by the photography I do for them in return for some discounts of the costs.
Have Canon will shoot........
One of my fellow adventurer emailed me this picture of a very dirty old man sharing the pictures he'd just shot with three very charming and attentive young ladies........

Even though the quality may not be as good as what it could be if that big cannon was used to shoot this picture, still I thought you guys might enjoy the picture. Sometimes content transcends quality.....

I say Johan, it's not only the lens laaaa.....
Remember the story of Pinocchio whose nose grew longer every time he lied ? Well, I was fly fishing for trout in Africa, and my photographer friend asked me how big the trout that I caught but unfortunately got away. I spread out my arms to say it was thaaaaaat big and whaddaya know ????
Something else grew and grew and grew.....

Ckick on the link to download a Pic2Exe file. Its a 35MB file and should not take more than 5 minutes to download. You need to turn on the speakers to hear the music.
