For this kind of shot, would it be better to under-expose or over-expose the shot. And by how much F-stops please? Thanks.

Pantain Morib is not the old Morib anymore. I was equally shocked and surprised at how clean and beautiful the beahc is now. Whoever is responsible, they have indeed done a very good job to clean up and beautify the beach.
