'Photographer' cheats tourist
Tourists fall prey to con pixmen on Penang Hill
Photographers are believed to be on the prowl on Penang Hill cheating foreigners by collecting money for photographs taken but failing to deliver them as promised. A recent case was a woman from Indonesia who was said to have paid RM40 to have her photographs taken but never received them.
