Spedlite 580EX Help needed

Can anyone advice where to read or learn how to use the 580EX spedlite effecitively. Also would to know on the F stops and how to sny. the spedlite with my 400D. Any one willing to train me, don't mind if it cost me some $$ and I'm from penang....

if you are nikon user than stick to sb800
if canon user suggest you go for quantum flash or metz

yes, these 2 links very useful....

anyway, mr shara, you can use the fully program mode (green rectangle) or P mode to shoot. the flash is intelligence enough to do the compensation. you will seldom get over expose or under expose....
