Zheng He Restaurant Food Tasting

I was invited for trying some new foods at Zheng He Restaurant located at Kelana Jaya. The young owner - Mr. Firdous Wong gaves us a warmest hospitality, we enjoyed the food and we shared some of our comments and it was a wonderful evening.

Thats all for the dim sum food... more to come.... Btw, the dim sum is halal, which I am impressed , the taste of the food is almost no different from those authentic chinese dim sum

More pictures to share, actually I felt bad because I can't really finish all the food and it is a waste...

#1. Butter fish, such preparation never make before! Taste good, the fish is fresh!




#2. Wasabi Chicken, well the wasabi taste is just nice and not too strong, anyone should be able to enjoy it. Tips: If you eat with the onion on top, you find the spicy wasabi taste stronger!


#3: Lemon Chicken... the chicken meat contained the lemon taste!


#4: Honey Prawn, it is so so sweet, pure honey taste!! First time trying this kind cooking style with prawn, turn pretty good, especially eat with the lemon chicken, you got both sweet and sour tast.... oh yeah!


#5: Golden Ring Prawn, this is good also, inside got kiwi fruit stuffed! Wow...


#6: Fried sotong, all times favourite, you may find it different from others... Try it out then you know what I mean


#7: Fried Cheong Fun, nicely done, taste good too..


#8: Claypot noddle, I like the noddle, it is not the usual noddle or mee we used to eat at the chinese hawker centers or kopitiam!


#9: This is the owner of the restaurant. A ambicious young man. Thanks for his hospitality! Cheers

Noordin, yes, is halal food, and yet you got the chinese food taste...
