Rangefinders, B&W film developing, digital workflow and street shooting on 2 Aug 08

I am pleased to announce that Schmidt Marketing (M) S/B, the official distributor of Leica, Minox and Delsey camera bags is holding a Street Shoot, B&W film developing, Color Management and digital workflow jointly with PhotoMalaysia.

Schmidt Marketing is also going to actively participate in a soon to be formatted "Rangefinder" sub- forum. Who is best to answer all the doubts, technical and other questions on rangefinders? Leica's Distributor of course.

The event is to be held on the 2nd August 2008 (saturday). It will consist of a street shoot (both digital and analogue) in the morning, lunch, B&W film developing tutorial, color management and digital workflow.

Schmidt marketing will provide the following loaner cameras for any member who may want to test the Leica rangefinders

1. Leica M8 - 3 units
2. Leica MP - 2 units
3. Leica M7 - 2 units

and a host of Leica lenses.

NOTE: Those members who want to borrow the cameras and lenses to try out need to have a photocopy of their Identification Card (I/C) and submit it to Schmidt's representative on that morning.
