It is true Pentax doesnt have that mone, but now look like HOYA being the "biggest raw optical material producer in the world" have that money and more!!!

and Hoya comes out with something call Hoya Transition....glass for eyewear that will self-darken or brighten according to your enviroment's ambient light. They have money for this sort of interesting development, am sure their $ power will gain pentax some leverage too. Just side track a bit.

careful... Hoya might decide to just make Pentax-brand filters and glass for specs in the future... and not lenses or bodies.

K9 ? sound like a code for dog kidding kidding

but really cant wait for pantex to join the full frame or better still medium format any news on this? it would be great to break the risistance of canon and nikon and hopefully obsolute the crop factor sensor

Looks like Pentax have plan to make enough trooper ship to join the star war in a big way. It is just the begin of the begining of "Empire Strike Back" and Shiro(M) just drop the game at the wrong time. Would it be better for Shiro to enjoy all the excitement and win the glory with all the Pentex's K-troper ships is ready for business?
