Whenever heavy rain falls, the Sunsuron River will always be clogged by big rocks. So, once (or twice and sometimes more) every year, this Hitachi will come in and 'fixes' the problem. During this time, the village people will come and use this opportunity to catch fishes, which is hiding under the rocks -- that tries to flee the 'war zone'... this picture tells the story...
