This picture is shot from my uncle's apartments in Penang at 8.24pm. The picture would surely be dark so as mostly everyone knows, a slower shutter speed has to be set. I had set the shutter speed to 2 seconds with an aperture value of 5.3. I didn't want to put the shutter speed too slow as it would cause the image to overexpose and also of the winds during that time which could shake the camera if the shutter is left too long.
