This photo was taken at an air force base. The helicopter was about to lift off and the blades were rotating fast. So, I wanted to create an effect by blurring the rotating blades and also making the heat waves stand out in the photo. Since it was a bright day, I was force to set the aperture value to F8.0 (my cam's max) and let the camera choose the right shutter speed (since I was using Av mode) which is 1/400s. The blades are blurred a little and the heat effects can be seen around the helicopter. Not the best photo ever, but it satisfies me.
