The process is easy...

1. Do a square selection of an image
2. Go to filter- distort- polar coordinates
3. Make sure is 'polar to rectangle'
4. Rotate the image 180 degrees
5. Go to filter- distort -polar coordinates
6. Makeu sure now is 'rectangle to polar'
7. Then crop your image!

Tadaaa!
