btw, i only shooting on slow-safe driving but not on speeding lah. unless my car is James's Bond 007s

 ....nooooo.. very dangerous lorrr! tis road is quite busy. i park my car aside then only i shoot... also wonder of vehicle approaching my back..

hello owj.. i used radial blur in the PS filter functions. very easy.
