ok..what's your main subject/motive? I cant put my finger to it..should I focus on the breast? face? water? expression? hand? please tell and I shall critique some more.

weird facial expression, weird hand posture. and that brown patch on the right side is extremely distracting. and your title freeze? u mean the water? doesnt look like it's freezed dude.

The brown patch on the right is disturbing. I would crop the picture vertically into 2 halves right in the middle and retain the left side.
Expression is fine to me; let the viewers ponder.....
