Pros: The most versatile big zoom lens.
Cons: Not good with a teleconverter.

This is the most versatile big zoom lens. The controls are superb, smooth and positive. Great for sports when you cannot move around. At 3.3kg it needs a monopod.

However it's not good with teleconverters because it tends to hunt for a while before locking on the focus, especially when the lighting is a bit dim.
